Go to the official UIDAI website to verify your Aadhaar number. In the middle of the page, you’ll find Aadhaar online services panel where under Aadhaar services you have Verify Aadhaar number option. – https://uidai.gov.in
Click on the option. A pop up will appear which says that it’ll take to a new page to verify your Aadhaar number. Click on OK.
Now you’ll be navigated to a new page where you need your Aadhaar number to proceed further. Enter your 12 digits Aadhar number along with the security code shown on your screen.
Step 4: After filling the details, click on Verify Aadhaar option to know if your number exists and is active or not.
Step 5: Finally, a screen emerges that will let you know if your Aadhar number exists or not. If your Aadhar number does not exist, then you need to contact the UIDAI customer care or visit the nearest Aadhar centre.

- If you got your Aadhaar number, then it’s time to receive the card through the post from the head office in India to your nearest Enrolment Center.
